Join me in real time for a 6 week series of at-home workouts! This program will run in a Private Facebook group from January 6 to February 14 and will feature five 30-minute workouts each week that are interval/full-body training and include stretching. An incorporation of my own diet/accountability program will also be a part of this and I will provide templates and information for all members to help crush your goals! Only $99!
Back to Basics
A 6-week program of at-home workouts that starts AT THE BEGINNING! Week one is comprised of three 10-minute workouts, week two is three 20-minute workouts, week three is three 30-minute workouts. The last three weeks features 6 workouts weekly starting at 20 minutes per workout and increasing by 5 minutes per workout each week. Includes basic exercise instruction, progressive workouts and stretching and mobility. Program is delivered via email. $49.
Private Gymnastics Lessons
$100 per hour / $50 per ½ hour
Individuals or small groups can maximize their time and optimize their focus in a custom gymnastics lesson designed just for them. Tanis specializes in acro for dancers and fitness competitors as well as multi-sport flexibility.
One-Time Nutrition & Training Plans
$150 each or $250 for both
